Job duties:

• Support the APAC B2B sales team on all sales orders related issue

• Handle and process mainly overseas customers' inquiries to ensure all requests are followed up timely and thoroughly
• Prepare sales reports and powerpoint
• Arrange pre-production sample and new product sample delivery
• Prepare supporting documents for claim process for management approval
• Other ad hoc duties to assist sales management/ operation
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Sales Coordinator/Sales Support Officer

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Above
• 5 years relevant working experience
• Good team work and communication skills
• Well organized, multi-task, attentive to details
• Fluent spoken English is a must
• Good computer skills, including excel and powerpoint
