We are a young and energetic team with diverse background hiring a Trust Administration Officer with passion or experience in the finance industry. This is a junior hybrid role that includes operational, marketing and business development tasks, while inexperienced but passionate minds are also welcome.

Your Key Responsibilities include:

• Provider comprehensive operational, administrative and accounting support to trust functions
• Conduct and support regulatory compliance tasks
• Handle on-boarding and post-sales client service requests and inquiries
• Liaise and build rapport with international business partners

A successful candidate will possess the following qualities:

• Bachelor’s Degree holder; non-degree holders will also be considered
• 1-2 years of experience preferred (internship included), recent graduates welcomed
• Conversational in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Essential computer documents processing skills
  
• Motivated, Responsible and Open-minded
