Job Description

SUMMARY

Report to the Senior Human Resources Manager, the key function for this role is to assist in HR shared service in the corporate as well as brands’ level. He/She acts as the secondary contact for corporate and in the regions. Besides, the incumbent is to act as the business partner to support brands’ HR all rounded operations in Hong Kong and Macau.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To provide full spectrum of HR functions in the corporate office, include but not limited to recruitment, manpower planning, compensation and benefits, staff relations and operations.
  • To assist in managing HR shared services to the brands in Hong Kong and Macau
  • To act as the secondary contact for regional offices for a full range of human resources matters including talent acquisition, compensation practices and payroll administration, training needs, new hire process, company policies and practices
  • To assist in implementation and administration of regional projects
  • To maintain regular reports for management review
  • To maintain the database in HRIS
  • To prepare the presentation materials and report analysis
  • Occasional travel maybe required

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Bachelor Degree or above in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 5-year as Business Partner / HR generalist experience within a fast paced, matrix managed MNC ideally from high-end fashion, retail, or FMCG is preferred
  • Proven experience in dealing with multi-cultural human resources issues and well-versed in labour ordinance in Hong Kong and Macau,
  • Articulated and effective communicator with good presentation and analytical skills
  • Flexible, detail minded, independent, well organized and sense of responsibilities with can-do attitude
  • Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
  • High proficiency in English and Putonghua
  • Good at MS Office especially in Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.  Experience in using Workday will definitely an advantage
