Responsibilities:

• Ongoing review, formulate and implement Human Resources strategies, policies and procedures to align to changes in the business, and ensure the practices are complied with labor law
• Perform all recruitment processes which include drafting job description, posting job advertisement and all logistics and follow-up tasks
• Implement HR procedures in areas of compensation & benefits, employee relations, training and development, performance management, manpower planning
• Co-ordinate staff training and development activities to ensure continuous learning and up-grading of performance on the job
• Assist manpower planning and budgeting
• Other ad hoc projects to support the team and organization

Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• At least 5 years solid experience in sizable company

• Well-versed in Hong Kong and Macau employment ordinances, knowledge and practical application of labor laws will be an advantage
• Self-motivated, mature, attention to details and well-organized 
• Independent, passionate, positive thinking, fast-paced, multi-tasking, and team player
• Able to be a good leader with excellent communication skill and interpersonal skill to ensure smooth operation of the team 
• Good command in spoken and written Cantonese, English & Mandarin
• Proficiency in Microsoft office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing)
• Immediate available is preferred
