Our client, a China Fund Management Company, which provide professional services of corporate financing with business covering Hong Kong, U.S., Singapore, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Shanghai and Taiwan, is urgently seeking for MD, Private Equity and Responsible Officer (Type 1, 4 & 9).

(1) MD – Private Equity 

Responsibilities:

• Fund business development strategy planning. Overall fund operational management and the performance of the Fund's operation. Formulation of corporate investment strategy.
• Implement the whole process of project investment (channel building, projects search, negotiation, transaction structure, implementing investment, post-investment management, and exit);
• Monitoring the operation development of financial departments, monitoring related human cost, financial revenue and expenditure condition and the overall assets situation;
• Build and Manage Fund platform structure. Establish financing channels and financial institutions relationship with banks, trust companies, fund companies, securities companies, assets management companies, financial leasing, guarantee companies.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years in public/private equity funds, asset management, foreign investment bank, and other financial institutions, including 5 years+ MD experience.  Language: Putonghua
