Senior Research Analyst

Job Description 

• Conduct research and develop investment recommendations on Hong Kong-listed public/private companies
• Analyze company investment opportunity mainly in public/private companies for placement of deals
• Run extensive and detailed financial models and valuations
• Identify leading business and research on macro‐economic trends
• Spreadsheet construction and special financial modeling projects
• Undertake due diligent through the review of public documents, annual reports and trade journals
• Generate investment idea and make recommendation to institutional sales & frontline
• Provide in-house equity research on publicly traded HK/China Stocks
• Prepare and give presentation in investment seminars
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as the company require

Requirement

• Bachelor / Master Degree holder in Finance / Business / Economics discipline or equivalent
• MUST have minimum 3 years sell-side equity analysis experience
• Good knowledge on securities, Futures market
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
