 SVP to Associate, Investment Banking Department (many posts)

Responsibilities:

l   Handle corporate finance projects including IPO (mainly), financial advisory on M&A, Listing Rules and/or Takeovers Code related transactions and capital raising exercises

l   Assist in assessing potential deals, preparing pitch books and executing transactions, including conducting due diligence;

l   Development of forward looking new business plans for clients and the maintenance of existing business relationships

l   Liaise with HQ on other corporate finance matters

Requirements:

l   Degree in Banking / Finance or related disciplines

l   At least 3 years experience in investment banking/corporate finance advisory with reputable investment banks

l   With solid exposure and knowledge in Listing Rules, Code on Merger and Acquisition and relevant regulatory requirements for Greater China

l   Self-motivated and a good team player

l   Excellent command of spoken and written English and Cantonese, as well as fluency in Mandarin

l   Candidates with less experience and qualifications will be considered as Associate.
