Job Descriptions:

• Act as a Responsible Officer to supervise and manage SFC regulated activities
• Monitor daily business operations and ensure full regulatory compliance
• Liaise with SFC and other regulators regarding investment products and licensing matters
• Develop business opportunities, build client base and formulate marketing strategies
• Manage and review investment portfolios to evaluate risk and return targets
• Conduct various industry market research, financial analysis and forecasts
• Establish proper documentations of regulated activities
• Perform Ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Finance or Business related discipline
• Current Qualified SFC Responsible Officer in any two or more of Type 1, 4, 6, 9
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
• Familiar with SFC rules and requirements
• Experience in fund raising is an advantage 
• Analytical, detailed-oriented and able to work independently
• Fluent in Mandarin is a must, good commend of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese Word Processing 
• Immediately available is preferred
