We’re looking for ...
- Delivers service and support in response to Chinese(Mandarin) inquiries, requests and concerns using phone, email, chat and social media.
- Ensuring that our customers receive exceptional care from start-to-finish
- Working Hours: 9 hours a day, 5 days a week (8:30 AM ~ 8 PM)
Have you done this kind of stuff?
- Mother tongue in Mandarin or at a very high level
- Proficiency in English communication (verbal & writing)
- Able to work in Hong Kong with valid visa
- Fresh Graduate is also considered
- 1~3 years of Relevant experience will be a plus
- Service-oriented mind
- Expected start date is May 2, 2018
