Key Responsibilities :

• Well present YM to introduce and identify the appropriate treatment to meet the customer’s request, and answer their enquires about the treatment.
• Perform full spa treatment services as required.
• Schedule reservations of spa services for guests and coordinate subordinate schedule to ensure prompt service.
• Comply with all company policies to ensure efficient shop operations
• Have thorough and accurate knowledge of our brand and other Products

Requirement︰

• Certification as a qualified therapist from a recognized spa therapy institution or equivalent.
• Diploma or above
• Positive, presentable and customer-oriented
• Good communication skills : English/ Cantonese
• Keen interest in Japanese culture
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for a senior position
