- 須有大樓工作經驗及其中5年具主管職位經驗
- 負責領導工程隊工作並監督地盤進度及質量
- 統籌各分判商施工項目及協調
- 持有技術人員T1證書
- 良好粵語及懂閱讀英文
- 擁有平水經驗更佳
