• Bachelor Degree holder or above in Quantity Surveying or construction related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years’ QS working experience in E&M projects
• Carry out tendering, subletting, contracts documents, payment applications & certificates, variations management, cost control, material procurement, contractual claims and final accounts
• Work collaboratively with other team members to manage related issues on the multi-disciplinary projects
• Independent, good communication skill and strong problem solving
• Qualified member of HKIS/RICS is a definite advantage
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor
