Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall coordination and management of assigned projects including progress, quality, cost and client relations;
- Attend site meetings and inspections with Client and other parties including Sub-Contractors;
- Review and action all project related correspondence including progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations;
- Day-to-day management of projects;
- Report to the Project Director
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in building construction, management or related disciplines;
- 5 years relevant experience in fitting-out contracting industry ;
- Hands-on site management and ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented;
- Ability to effectively prioritize, meet deadlines and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is necessary;
- Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese;
- Strong interpersonal skills, persuasive, encouraging and motivating;
- Attention to detail
- Immediate available would be preferred
