Responsibilities:

• Develop new potential customers and opportunities, and maintain business relationship with existing customers
• Handle lighting project inquiries and formulate appropriate lighting solutions to customers
• Prepare tender document submission, specification, quotation, and sales & technical proposals
• Support occasional project implementation works and provide after-sales service support to customers
• Establish and identify the marketing needs for responsible area.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or higher in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• 1-2 years on project and sales experience in lighting industry is preferable
• Developed networks on customer segments such as end-users (facility management / building operations / Office support), contractors, engineering firms, Interior or lighting designers, architect, lighting consultants will be definitely an advantage but not a MUST
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Pro-active, passionate, independent and responsible
• Good written and verbal communication in Cantonese and English, while Mandarin will be a plus
• Proficiency in PC knowledge including Windows & MS Office
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as “Senior Sales Engineer”
