CallisonRTKL seeks an Interior Designer / Senior Interior Designer to join its Commercial team Practice Group located in Hong Kong office.  Projects focus on a variety of retail types, both domestic and international, with main focus on larger scale commercial shopping malls.  We are looking for a dynamic and creative 3D Visualizer who shares our creative ambitions.

The ideal candidate will be creative and confident with a superb eye for composition and a wide range of 3D skills and techniques.  Proven experience and solid working knowledge of Rhinoceros, V-ray and 3D studio max plus Photoshop and Illustrator are desirable and additional experience of Revit, movie rendering and editing skills.  You will contribute towards continued development within the practice by assisting less experienced colleagues using 3D visualization programmes.

Responsibilities

• Create high quality rendering of concepts and visualisations using 3D Studio Max and/or Rhinoceros
• Ensure designs are creatively appropriate to the brief set and in line with the clients' requirements
• Identify and resolve and issues that might arise with a project
• Produce highly creative presentations of concepts and ideas
• Communicate effectively with contact both externally and internally as well as assisting junior members of the design team
• Work efficiently to the schedule provided and within the times set

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or related design field.
• 3-6 years of Interior Design or Interior Architecture experience on relevant retail project types
• Professional accreditation preferred
• Ability to prioritize and concurrently service multiple projects
• Maintains effective communication with project team members
• Interacts well with other disciplines and clients in a manner that builds productive relationships
• Proficient with Rhino, 3D Max or Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp and the Adobe suite of programs
