Requirements:

• Good knowledge and relevant engineering discipline in Manufacturing and Electronics Engineering
• Minimum 5 year experiences in electronics industry with managing experience in leading a small team
• Experiences in power supply / LED lighting development & manufacturing is an advantage
• Experiences in inventory planning/management with ERP knowledge is a plus
• Strong capability in resolving issues 
• Initiative, good leadership in building and developing teams, driving for results through others and self
• Good in spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin)
• Work independently and under pressure
• Station in Dongguan is required

Responsibilities:

• Manage planning of materials per product demands;
• Ensure all planning parameters are maintained and updated into ERP system.;
• Provide planning guidance to material procurement;
• Resolve material deputes with related supplier and assembly vendors;
• Provide periodic material status and summary reports;
• Coordinate with suppliers and production vendor for timely delivery and product quality Control 
• Liaise engineering team with production  in new product developments
• Identify the root cause of problems in production process and develop  and implement feasible solutions
• Responsible for project schedule / cost control / pilot run and successful production
• Need to handle multiple projects and work independently
