Job Purpose:

• To provide advice to customers regarding their requirements and to prepare cost estimates and bookings where necessary
• To respond to customer queries/ complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Developing customer relationships with ability to build up relationship network at top level
• To identify and progress potential sales opportunities relating to customer needs where appropriate
• Handle and deal with service issues in a timely and monitor all work process of CS team
• To be flexible and assist the team with ad hoc projects where necessary

Knowledge, Skills and Ability:

• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
• Experienced in customer service experiences with Hotel, Airline and Travel Agency is preferred
• Proactive with good attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem identifier and solver, outgoing, good team player and work under pressure
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Japanese speaking will have an advantage​
