Responsibilities:

• Lead a Huge Team and prepare the Testing Documents 
• Performance testing of applications along with Mobile app performance testing and middleware systems, analyse performance metrics and providing tuning recommendations.
• Tracking Test Execution, Defect Reporting and defect triage
• Familiar with document UAT Test Plans, Test Scenario, Test Cases, Test Scripts, Tractability matrix etc.
• Expertise in defining and preparing Test Plan, Test Cases and Test Data
• Monitor and Assist the team to work on the right track

Requirements: 

• 6+ years of experience in Quality Assurance services with minimum 3 years of Test Management experience in Sizable project
• Experience in managing the end to end testing for multi-vendor projects
• Experienced in Agile and Waterfall testing flow 
• Must have experience in Test Planning and Management
• Experience in negotiate with internal and vendors
• Banking project experience is preferred
• Fluent in Cantonese & English
