Job Description
Job Summary:
- Perform day-to-day support of the server environment independently as well as provide AIX/Linux/WAS/SAN design and administration tasks
- Ensures reliability and stability assigned platforms and systems by advise and lead complex system discussions and resolve technical issues
- Expert support of Red Hat and/or AIX servers
- Working with the latest version of AIX virtualization, to provide operating system support and maintenance for AIX based systems and other LINUX systems
Skills/Knowledge:
- Degree holder or above in Information Technology / Computer Science or related disciplines with 4 years+ relevant experience
- Solid knowledge in Red Hat Linux and IBM AIX is required
- Experience in Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, Virtual Machine environment or Linux environment is an advantage
- Experience with WebSphere Application Server (configuring, maintaining, upgrades) is a must
- Possess a strong technical background in system administration and operation skills
- Good coordination and project management skills will be an advantage
- Mature, stable, and positive-attitude
- Good communication skills in Cantonese, fluent in Mandarin and English will be an advantage
- HK Permanent resident is required
