Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Project relocation
- PC hardware/software installation and support services
- PC hardware maintenance (Multi-customer platform)
- Report work progress and result to supervisor regularly
- Troubleshooting and escalation flow
Job Requirements:
- HKDSE / F.5 or above
- Holder of MCITP certificates would be an advantage
- 1 year or above experience in PC, Printer hardware repairing
- Knowledgeable in Windows OS platform
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
- Non-office hour duty is required
- Immediate available is preferred
