Job Description

As a service engineer, you are required to:

  • Work with team members to respond to banking customer’s call for hardware and software support
  • Troubleshoot, and perform corrective maintenance on automated banking machines deployed in various banks in Hong Kong
  • Setup and deploy new banking machines, conduct preventive maintenance and work shift hours on support standby

 

Requirements:

  • Certificate or diploma holders from technical or vocational institutions in the areas of electronics or related field of study
  • Passionate about electronics, problem solver, excellent team player, proactive to learn
  • Ability to converse, read and write in English is an added advantage
  • Programming skills will be an added advantage
  • Must be a Hong Kong resident
