Job Description
Responsibilities
- General IT Help Desk Support on Windows and Office Platforms, etc
- Familiar with installation of Hardware and Software
- Hardware and Software Inventory maintenance
- To co-ordinate with vendors on application software inquiries and maintenance.
Requirements
- Diploma / Certificate holder in IT or relevant discipline
- 1 year relevant experience
- Fair command in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Occasional travel will be required
