Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Daily office support for all IT related issue, such as desktops, notebook, printer, server, network
- Monitor company network , Operation system and email system, door lock system, surveillance system…etc
- Hardware and software installation, support and maintenance
- Operate and maintain existing ticketing system
- Onsite support for branch office
- Shift Duty
Requirements:
- Diploma in Computer Science or above in IT related discipline
- Minimum 1 years of relevant experience
- Solid support experience in all Windows Clients/Server
- Good working attitude with strong problem solving, communication & inter-personal skill
- Team player, able to work under pressure and overtime
