Responsibilities:

• Participate in development projects of internal ERP & workflow automation components;
• Gather business requirements, include defining project scope, goals, deliverables and resources needed;
• Assist Project Manager & liaise with vendors;
• Provide technical opinion on system design and functional requirements;
• Identify and manage Request-For-Change (RFC) items;
• Manage daily ERP solution support to end-users for the entire group, ensure the systems are running smoothly on day-to-day operation;
• Perform system configuration settings, testing and implement over “3-tier system landscape” over the implementation cycle;
• Provide Internal training to users while application deployment.

 Requirements:


• Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent;
• Five years or above experience in ERP/HRMS application and operating process.
• Sound knowledge in SAP ECC (OTC, PTP, MM, FI modules), Dynamics 365 will be an added advantage;
• Experience in Application Development and minimum 2 years business analyst role;
• Experience in implementing, configuring or supporting in major ERP system;
• Good project management skills, self-motivated and good time management;
• Good technical documentation writing skill;
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese both verbal and written levels.
