Responsibilities:

• Perform regular business visits to enhance customer relations
• Solve the problems of the sub-agents
• Recruit new partners/ sub-agents
• Assist in researching for new business opportunities and prospectus as well as it marketing strategies
• Assist in specific sales plans and promotion by providing current market information and anticipation, suggesting alternatives and price establishment
• Promote new business opportunities and products (Non-motor insurance) to the free agents

Requirements:

• Tertiary education or above
• IIQE Qualification is preferred
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in marketing field of which 3 years in managerial level
• Excellent communication skills, problem-solving skills and innovative
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Self-motivated, independent and outgoing
• Proficient in MS Office applications
