Job Specifications  

• To be responsible for on-site investigations
• To liaise with claimants and advising on any issue that arise
• To prepare investigation reports
• To participate in claims negotiation with Insured / Claimants and any related parties
• To ensure fair settlement with quality customer services for clients
• To prepare claims reports to Insurers / clients

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant must meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor Degree
• 2-3 years working experience in claims; candidate with LESS experience will also be considered as Loss Adjuster Trainee
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Mature and independent
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
• Intensive training will be provided to potential candidates
• Fresh Graduates will also be considered

Applicants with working experiences will be given priority. Salary commensurate with relevant experience.

Applicants with less experience will be considered for Assistant post.
