Responsibilities
-Opening and maintaining claims records
-Dispatching claims notifications and communicating with insurers to ensure timely payments
-Producing claims statistics
Profile
-2 years' experience in the Casualty Insurance or Shipping industry preferable but Fresh graduates welcomed
-Proficient command of written and verbal Cantonese, English and Mandarin
-Organised, detail-focused, and not afraid of numbers
-Computer literate, proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
