Responsibilities

• Work closely with product development department and factories to closely monitor products during the entire production process. From rough sketch to CAD and product structure, to mould making and to diamond and gem stone setting, finally to buffing, polishing and then to the finished product
• Control the current production process with existing vendors, continuously finding and connecting with new vendors as well as working with and managing vendor expectations.
• Bring continuous improvement of production performance in terms of efficiency, quality and cost.
• Coordinate work on orders to ensure meeting delivery deadlines and customer expectations.
• Regular travel to factories in China and Hong Kong required
• Be able to perform quality control on all finished goods, in-house in our Hong Kong office

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years working experience with fine diamond jewelry manufacturing
• Excellent speaking and writing skills in Cantonese and Mandarin. English is a plus.
• Previous experience working in a diamond jewellery manufacturing unit is an definite advantage
  
• Experience working with tight deadlines

工作內容︰
- 與各部門協調整個生產流程 (包括跟進設計、鑲嵌製作等流程)
- 監察公司生產部的生產過程並監督現有工場之工作進度。需要時協助公司開發新廠源
- 提高生產效率，並控制生產成本及質量
- 負責與工場聯絡，跟進訂單，確保交貨準時及乎合客戶要求
- 需定期前往內地工幹
- 負責成品質量之檢定工作

職位要求：
- 具3-5年相關珠寶工作經驗
- 良好中文及普通話，懂英文更佳
- 曾從事珠寶生產工作優先
