Essential duties and Responsibilities :

• Assist in managing all aspects of products being sourced and the actual production of those products to insure best pricing, quality, design, construction and timeliness.
• Coordinate with factories to ensure on-time delivery
• Stay in daily contact with factories to manage work-in-progress report in real time
• Ability to negotiate with manufacturers when needed
• Work well and in a professional manner with maker partners (create working relationships with each supplier)
• Communicate production issues in a timely manner to US counterparts
• Manage the information stored in Company’s system

REQUIREMENTS :

• Degree or diploma holder in relevant discipline
• At least 5 years' solid sourcing experience in ladies woven and knits apparel
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good written & spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
