Responsibilities:

• Monitor the updated regulatory requirements and maintain our existing products compliance
• Arrange product tests with 3rd parties and coordinate with factory for improvements if any failed issues
• Provide technique support and suggestion for sales team
• Organize and maintain the filing of the test reports and audit reports
• Travel to factory in Shenzhen occasionally
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks/projects as assigned by the supervisor
• Manage customer complaints and process failure analysis to provide corrective action plan and monitoring procedure
• Coordinate and arrange factory audit with 3rd parties
• Monitor corrective action plan on factory audit compliances improvement in factory

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years or above relevant experience in Quality Assurance / Technical Compliance in Hardline product.
• Good command in English and Mandarin
• Sound Knowledge in the standard and regulations of US/EU markets
• Immediately available and with printing knowledge is preferred
