Responsibilities:

• Operate different gem testing instruments.
• Demonstrates capability to learn tasks in the assigned work area.
• Following Health and Safety Procedures.Learns and follows all safety policies and chemical handling guidelines.
• Following Manufacturing and Quality Procedures.
• Keeps and maintains a clean work area.
• Collaborate with other engineers to maximize product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
• Preparation of reports and documentations such as sample records, reports, etc.

• Miscellaneous tasks assigned by the supervisor.
• Handling ad hoc requests and projects as required.

Requirements:

• Candidate should have a High Diploma in Science related discipline.
• With diamond / gemstone qualification certificate such as GIA and FGA, or relevant diploma may consider as higher position
• Relevant knowledge or experience in handling diamond, colored stone, pearl, jade or relevant precious stones / jewelry is a plus
• Willing and quick to learn new technology and technical skills.
• Proficient in both English and Chinese for communication & writing.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, punctual, and GOOD attendance record.
• Able to work well in a team environment or independently.
• Takes initiative to complete assigned tasks.
• Ability to multi-task and deal with a varied workload.
• Good command in spoken/written English and Chinese.
