About the Role:
- Analyze customer profile and segment portfolio, understand customer behavior to maximize business opportunities
- Oversee end-to-end campaign management including budgeting, logistic planning, marketing collaterals productions and campaigns tracking
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive successful roll-out of marketing programs
- Drive and implement campaigns and events to achieve the business objectives
- Preform pre/post campaign analysis
About You:
- University degree preferably in Business, Marketing or related discipline
- 6+ years’ experience, preferably with previous marketing experience in banking, insurance or financial product marketing
- Experience in data mining and campaign management, from planning to implementation is preferred
- Strong analytical, project management, copy writing and event planning skills
- Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English
- Strong PC skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Creative, good team player, organized and attentive to details, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
