Job Description
Successful candidates will go through an 18-month fast-track Development Programme, consisting of a balanced combination of on-the-job learning, mentoring by experienced executives, formal leadership training and real life project work. Job rotation between different areas of business so as to enhance the exposure to key areas of the Company. Upon successful completion of the programme, candidates will be placed in respective department.

Entry Requirement
- Young talent with a Degree in Marketing, Supply Chain/Logistics or Business stream
- Preferably with some working experience in retail or FMCG field
- Good business sense with strong numerical skills
- Demonstrate confidence and enthusiasm relevant to fast moving and dynamic environment
- Energetic and passionate in Retail industry
- A team player who is result-oriented
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
