You will be responsible for supervising a team to formulate and launch effective segment strategies and marketing campaign to deliver business targets and to initiate new services and products to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement cost-efficient and effective segment strategies and marketing campaigns to achieve overall business objectives
• Design, plan and implement end-to-end sales and marketing campaigns in order to acquire customers, increase product usage and cross-selling to strengthen customers relationship with the Bank
• To formulate new product and marketing program to enhance the Bank’s transacting capabilities
• Work closely with related departments in implementing new product initiatives and marketing campaigns in a timely and effective manner
• Conduct post-campaign evaluation to identify areas for improvement, and develop efficiency-driven initiatives and solutions
• Monitor and analyze the data and trend of products and services for developing marketing plan and optimizing the product and service in order to enhance the product and bank image
• Analyze customer segment to maximize its profitability and cross-selling opportunities
• Ensure all deposit products and marketing campaign are adhere to compliance standard

Job Requirements

• University degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline
• Possess 7 years’ relevant experience in banking ideally in Deposit or Segment Marketing
• A good team player with a strong sense of ownership and attentive to details
• Possess strong marketing sense and sensitive to market movement
• Able to work independently and under pressure in face of tight deadlines
• Good communications, analytical and interpersonal skills
