What you'll be doing...

The Corporate Communications Director provides leadership, PR & strategic messaging and direction to Greater China businesses spanning internal and external communications. This role is responsible for the development and implementation of strategic communications and branding initiatives across multiple business functions to drive an integrated approach to shaping REA Group’s global reputation, brand and position in Hong Kong and Greater China market.

Key areas of responsibility include:

• Leading the team and working closely with Content team to plan and deliver integrated internal and external communications, media and PR functions.
• Providing strategic advice on brand reputation and profiling to CEO and the Leadership Team influencing, educating and supporting them in their roles as ambassadors for the organization. This includes thought leadership platforms and branding strategy matched to leaders’ strengths and expertise.
• Managing the operational excellence of internal and external communications including consistency of messaging, measurement through research and insights, and high impact channels for internal audiences.
• Developing and maintaining industry and trans-disciplinary relationships to support a culture of continuous innovation in the area of strategic communications, media and PR.
• Identifying and delivering infrastructure that promotes effective, free-flowing communication. Foster community by creating opportunities to ask questions, learn from and share best practice with one another.
• Supporting the communication / development of Group’s EVP including creation of external communication campaigns to help drive recruitment / talent attraction (with HR).
• Creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize disruption. Effectively drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact our people.

What we're looking for...

We're looking for an experienced, confident and passionate corporate communicator, with 4-5 years in a corp comm leadership role. During this time, you would have a proven track record in:

• Developing and implementing successful corporate communications strategies
• Exceptional stakeholder influencing, management & rapport building skills
• Improving earned, paid and owned media relevancy and impact
• B2B & B2C communications experience
• Past experience in a leads/conversion business is ideal
• Brand building/management in the Greater China market
