Successful candidate will take charge of the development, execution and monitoring of full spectrum of external and internal communication plans for the hotel, managing the hotel brand and supporting Sales Department through strategic marketing communication programs. He/She will be required to develop and nourish long-term relations with guests, media and business partners, and to act as the hotel spokesperson and chief editor for all marketing materials of the hotel.

 Requirements:

•  Degree holder in Communications, Marketing or related disciplines
• Possession of strong media connections
• Minimum 7 years proven hands-on experience with in-depth knowledge in marketing communications of which at least 3 years in managerial level, preferably in hotel industry
• High proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Independent, sociable, presentable and creative
• Strong business acumen, e.g. social media, event management, concerts arrangement
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Marketing Communications Manager
