Our premium client is a global leading and European based lifestyle consumer goods company with Hong Kong as the Asia Pacific HQ. In order to further strengthen the propelling business in the region, they have created various new positions in Brand Marketing Function and are now actively looking for high potential and passionate Brand Marketing expert to join their winning team.

Reporting to the Brand Director (based in Hong Kong), you will lead the upstream design of brand positioning and strategy from scratch for one of the newly created brand targeting consumer in PRC. You will work closely with Design Manager and Brand Director to lead the site and consumer experience design that deliver the project objective. You will lead the product concept development including pre-launch strategies. You will develop superior understanding of category and competition for creating proactive winning model over competitors. You will collaborate closely with external parties such as government officials and multiple agencies in PRC.

To be qualified for this role, you should be a Bachelor Degree holder preferably with major in Business Admin/ Marketing/ Communications, etc. You should possess at least 5 years of in-house consumer marketing/ brand marketing/ product marketing experience from sizable FMCG companies. You should possess solid brand upgrade/ upstream/ trade-up successful stories. You should be a passionate leader who can be able to work closely and effectively with internal & external dynamic teams. You should speak fluent English and Chinese. You should be open to frequent business travel to major cities in PRC.
