YM Marketing Trainee Program is an 18-month career development program:    

Program Flow:

Stage 1 - Front Line Training for 9 months

Stage 2 - Back Office Training for 9 months

You will get to participate in a vast array of on-the-job trainings and job rotations throughout various operation functions which is essential for your future exposure. We will guide you along the way to find your interests and develop your career. If your performance is assessed as satisfactory, you will be assigned to appropriate position by the end of the program.

We are looking for:

Bachelor degree holder or above in any disciplines, preferably with major in Business, Accounting or Marketing

2-3 years working experience in retail industry is an advantage

Keen interest in Japanese culture.

Strong adaptability and flexibility and learning capability

Energetic, independent, innovative and passionate character

Excellent command of English and Chinese
