Job Responsibilities

• Perform market and competitor analysis regarding the industry, including but not limited to products, competitors, partners, brands, media, technological advancements
• Prepare and execute business development plan, digital and brand marketing campaigns through digital and traditional platforms to support the sales growth of the company
• Establish and maintain social media platforms
• Copywriting of marketing materials for various social media channels and other relevant media formats
• Acquire technological knowledge in order to serve customers externally and support team members internally
• Actively participate in the operational improvement initiatives of the Company which can help the Company deliver smooth operations
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints
• Manage any ad hoc duties

Job Requirements

• At least two years of experience in marketing, branding or business development.  Working for/with advertising agencies is an advantage
• Bachelor degree in business, marketing, public relations or related analytical subjects
• Experience in social media, facebook advertising, Google Analytics, SEO and SEM is a plus
• Familiar with MS Office software such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Excellent communication skills in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proactive with a “can do” attitude
• Always perform duties cautiously and pay attention to details
