Job Description
Our client, is a global Media company in the world. They are looking for high caliber candidate to share their vision and venture their success.
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and courteous customer support through various media for International customer base
- Effectively identify customers’ needs and providing appropriate solutions
- Update customers’ records accurately and efficiently
- Handle CS administrative work and other ad-hoc support duties when needed
Requirements:
- Fresh University graduates are welcome, with 1 year customer service experience is more advantage
- Experience in hospitality, tourism or customer service is an advantage
- Good command of both written and spoken English is an advantage
- Good interpersonal and listening skills
- Detail-minded, customer-oriented with excellent serving attitude
- Can work under pressure with positive attitudes and cheerful manner
