• Report directly to the Group Chief Engineer;
• Diploma or above in Engineering or any other relevant disciplines;
• 5 years or above relevant experience in E&M system including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Drainage, Fire Services and ELV system;
• With relevant experience in hotel industry is a definite advantage;
• Possess the certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker (Grade A or above);
• Electrical Worker (Grade A or above);
• Able to supervise and lead a dynamic team to provide quality services;
• Co-ordinate with outside contractors;
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

• 五年或以上相關工作經驗，懂機電工程包括冷氣機中央空調系統、電子系統、管道及給排水系統，消防系統、低壓電安裝及弱電系統;
• 具有酒店業相關工作經驗者優先考慮;
• 持有註冊電業工程人員證書A級或以上;
• 能監督及領導團隊以提供優質服務;
• 與外判商溝通協調;
• 主動並能獨立工作。
