Position

• Closely monitor Greater China sales activities of a team of 4-5 sales consultants; identify areas that require attention and follow-up.
• Manage incoming referrals; assign leads to sales consultants; cultivate close relationships with existing and former clients.
• Generate individual quotations; prepare sales contracts and weekly reports; calculate commissions and bonuses.
• Manage channel cross-referral process; arrange and assist joint sales and marketing campaigns.
• Prepare for sales trips, seminars, and events; liaise internally with servicing teams on all case handovers.

Requirements

• Solid experience in sales operations and control or similar function preferred; fresh graduates will also be considered.
• Analytical and methodical; detail oriented and sensitive with numbers.
• Fluent in spreadsheets, databases, and sales management software; experience with pivot tables and report generating software.
• Strong interpersonal skills; solid, flexible and reliable.
