PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports

• Develop and implement databases and data collection systems to optimize business reporting

• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems

• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets

• Filter and clean data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators

• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs

• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven working experience in data or statistical analysis

• Technical expertise in structuring and managing data models

• Ability to collect, organize, and analyze significant amounts of information

• Great attention to detail and accuracy

• Experience with database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques

• Strong knowledge of Excel, SQL and / or similar tools

• Fluent in English and Cantonese (Mandarin would be a Plus)

• BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics preferred
