Job Description

• Provide clerical support to Corporate Services Division including data input and files handling etc.;
• Assist to prepare and arrange submission of statutory filings and organize Government fee payments;
• Assist in performing company secretarial duties such as preparation of draft minutes and correspondences; maintain and update statutory records
• Deliver documents to bankers, Companies Registry and Inland Revenue Department on ad-hoc basis; and
• Attend and deal with inquiries from bankers and respective Government Departments.

 Requirements

• Holder of Degree or High Diploma Certificates in Corporate Governance or Corporate Secretarial;
• Qualified to register as HKICS student and with enthusiasm to develop their career in company secretarial field;
• No relevant experience required, but one year's work experience is preferred;
• Proficiency in spoken & written English & Chinese; and
• Hardworking, willing to learn and with strong sense of responsibility.
