Responsibilities

• Negotiate on behalf of landlords, tenants, vendors and purchasers
• Prepare Sales & Purchase / Lease contracts and conduct property inspections
• Build relationships with clients, owners and developers
• Source and acquire new property listings for sale and lease
• Maintain and update property database

Requirements

• Valid EAA License is mandatory
• Good command of written and spoken English is essential for communicating with expatriate clients
• Proactive, strong negotiation skills and can work independently
• Well-mannered, presentable and pleasant personality
• Immediate availability is preferred
• Recent graduates welcome to apply as Property Trainees
