Job Description
Major Responsibility
- Provide technical support and maintenance including systems, networks, applications, hardware and software setups and troubleshooting
- Preform onsite system or remote desktop support to front line branches and offices
- Assist in daily IT operation issues and ad hoc assignments when required
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years working experience in technical support
- Able to work independently and willing to work outside normal office hours
- Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English, proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
- Fresh graduates with sound IT knowledge are also welcome
