Job Responsibilities:

l  Provide professional and tailor-made tutoring and consultation recommendations to our clients

l  Perform follow-up tasks and coordinate with different departments to ensure customer satisfaction

l  Participate in and help ensure smooth daily operations

l  Attend regular training and professional development workshops

l  Actively communicate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure departmental aims and learner achievement

l  Assist in educational events, meetings, seminars etc.;

l  Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
