Job Duties:
- Handle enquiries, customers' feedback with high quality standard to retain existing customers's relationship
- Provide all rounded solutions to customers and companies
- Assist the clients in the operation via phone, email and Live Chat
- Communicate closely with customers and provide supports via phone and email
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma Holder above or equivilent qualification
- Proven experience in Customer Service or related areas
- In-depth knowledge of Hong Kong Market
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, customer oriented and detail-minded
- Well spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
