Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls proactively and understand customers’ needs
- Acquire new business and meet sales target
- Explore and identify other business opportunity
- Handle customers enquiries in a professional manner
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above with 3 years’ or above experience in telesales or customer services
- Result-oriented, ambitious, self-motivated and have strong will to win
- Excellent probing, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and influencing skill
- Well-organized, hardworking, and able to work independently under pressure
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua is an advantage
