Responsibilities:

• Coordinating the sales / services team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
• Ensuring the adequacy of sales / services-related equipment or material
• Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales / services support when requested 

      Requirements:

• F.5 or above
• Good computer skills
• Languages: English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Well-organized, responsible, aptitude in problem-solving
• Good verbal and written communication skills
